No Fun at All (often abbreviated NFAA) are a Swedish punk rock band formed in the summer of 1991 in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden. They emerged in the ‘90s skate-punk/melodic hardcore wave, releasing key albums like No Straight Angles (1994) and Out of Bounds (1995) which helped cement their reputation.
After a hiatus in the early 2000s, the band reunited and continued releasing material, most recently the 2022 album Seventh Wave. Last night, they returned to Auckland — playing at Double Whammy for their first show in New Zealand after 25 years. Their sound is characterised by high-energy, melodic riffs, fast tempos and sing-along choruses — a classic example of Swedish punk rock done right.
