Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Head to Aotearoa
Pearl Jam will head out on a world tour this year in support of their brand-new studio album Dark Matter.
This marks the first time the band has announced a new album and tour simultaneously.
The Andrew Watt’s produced album, released in April 2024… with the requisite well-honed mix of generic fist-pumpers, roiling ballads, and mid-tempo gems where Vedder gets a chance to howl and yearn and babble in the upper registers as only Vedder can. (Pitchfork)
Their global tour, hitting nine countries and 25 cities, kicks off in Vancouver and will cover much of North America and Europe before finishing with the group’s long-awaited ten-year return to New Zealand and Australia this November.
Special guests Pixies, and New Zealand’s own Liam Finn, will support the rock legends in Auckland.
