Last Saturday night, Paraoa Brewing Co. was buzzing with energy as AutoMatic80s lit up the stage with their signature mix of nostalgia and high-octane performance. From the very first synth line, the crowd was hooked, singing and dancing along to every classic.

The band delivered a polished, passionate set that captured the spirit of the ’80s while keeping the vibe fresh and engaging. Justin Maclaren and Pearl Runga led the charge on vocals and keyboards, delivering powerful harmonies and dynamic stage presence. Ryan Wood shredded on guitar with precision and flair, while Sam Edgar kept the rhythm tight and driving on drums. Simon Finnel rounded out the sound with groovy bass lines that anchored the retro vibe.

The musicianship was tight, the atmosphere electric—turning the venue into a full-blown retro party. By the end of the night, it was clear that AutoMatic80s aren’t just playing the hits—they’re keeping the era alive in the best way possible.
