Red Raven photographer Leonie Moreland is on the road with Zephyr Love as they take on their second US tour. She’s checking in from time to time, sharing photos and some of the excitement (and boredom) of life on the road.
Days 13 and 14
Day 13 Thursday July 24 – Radio KYSM
Zephyr Love was invited to play live at radio station KYSM in San Antonio and be interviewed between the songs. The studio itself was too small to have a band play live, so they set up in the hall. No problem, PJ made sure all went smoothly and the whole experience was awesome! After packing up we drove to Fitzgerald’s Bar and Live Music venue to set up and sound check for the show on Friday.
Day 14 Friday July 25 – Fitzgerald’s Bar, San Antonio
Heart had the brilliant idea to transform the RV into a party bus. Fridge was bursting with cold beers, nibbles and dips were ready…(short video is on my FB) All the friends got on and of we drove to San Antonio, fun times.
It’s was so awesome to see Chris, Heart and Arthur enjoying time with family friends and fans they hadn’t seen in quite some time. Arthur’s dad is they coolest man I’ve met in a long time.
A night filled with fabulousness!
